( no elevator) i got there a hour early and was charged a $10 early checkin fee. Never happen to me before in my life and ive probably stayed at over 200 hotels."

"I arrived at around 4 PM and checked in, and within two hours, the entire building had been cleared because of a carbon monoxide leak in which three people were hospitalized. It took another 90 minutes or so of waiting outside to be told that the building was going to be closed down for the night, and then be escorted upstairs by the fire department to retrieve my bags. I did not get any explanation for why this occurred, but I don’t think I am going to be staying at another hotel across this company’s various brands if the conditions to allow something like this to occur are allowed to happen at one of their properties."
