"We had a nice stay, but unfortunately, I lost trust in Tru by Hilton—no follow-up on lost items. I booked this Tru by Hilton property out of trust for the brand. I am 10000 certain I left a personal item in the room and confirmed it with staff. Despite calling the front desk twice and emailing management directly, I received zero response. Beware: if you leave it behind, it is gone for good."
