“Very clean and spacious room. Property isn't really walking distance to much, I was told by a few Uber drivers (unprompted) that the area was not safe to walk around during the day and especially not at night. Uber ride into downtown is typically $15-45 depending on time/day, surge pricing is def in effect during prime weekend hours. Concierge is strictly via the app and it was fairly quick and responsive. Having a laundry W&D in the unit was amazing, def a luxury compared to your standard...

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Overall, a good experience. Close to downtown. Would have loved to stay longer. Asked room attendants for an extra blanket that never arrived but person at front desk was very helpful to get us one. Appreciated getting a type of room we asked for. Didn’t use the kitchen but next time for longer stay we will. Would return for sure. ”

“We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well stocked for anyone using it. Room was spotless. Bed and mattress excellent. We had the corner room so windows on 2 sides. ”
