“Unfortunately, when we checked in, there were no curtains on the window, and it took until the next day for someone to come and hang them. The bathrooms, although clean, were old and tired compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Water pressure was horrible. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't enough food for the number of people that were there. The staff at the front desk were very sympathetic but couldn't do anything about the curtain issue; frankly, after 3 phone calls to the...

“Historic property with restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy walks around the beautiful historic areas in Charleston. Continental breakfast, happy hour, followed later in the evening by cookies and milk!”

“Harborview Inn is an excellent property! We loved everything about our stay. From the delicious morning breakfast, to the wine and charcuterie, to the milk and cookies, everything was wonderful. We used the rooftop daily and it has a beautiful view. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Sam who made our visit very special. Thank you Harborview Inn for an amazing 46th anniversary spent with our daughter and son in law. We...

“Great location, awesome staff , clean and can’t wait to go back”

“Having a room next to the lift made for a consistent noise throughout much of the night.”

“This hotel is fantastic and the rooftop pool is amazing.”

“Nice hotel but the amenities are minimal. We thought the gym would be nearby, meaning walkable but it's about a 10 minute drive or 38 minute walk.”

“WOW! What a wonderful place to stay! The service when we pulled up was incredible and Colton was just the very best poster! Once we got into the hotel, Matt , the reception officer was so very helpful and kind. But when you enter you realize you’re in an art show! So very unique and gorgeous!”

“Design of hotel was beautiful”

“The Mills House is the epitome of Old World charm! Patrons will enjoy the ambiance of yesteryear.”

“Our air conditioning was broken 1/2 nights we stayed here. Since they were all booked up we weren’t able to move rooms until the next day so had to have an over heated/ extremely humid room for half of our stay :( the staff was nice about it but I wish we could’ve received some of our money back given it took away from the luxurious feel.”
