Everything was amazing they say they don’t have a view but we requested a high floor and we got a view of the street and buildings around us I loved it staff was very polite breakfast was 100/10 the rooftop is a must! Congress Plaza Hotel
Lovely room, except that the shower only maintained water pressure with cold water. As soon as you moved the handle to the hot setting, pressure dropped to a mediocre half-flow. Not very enjoyable.

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
You had to run the shower, the bathroom faucet, and the one in the room to get the hot water to turn on. The toilets throughout the hotel did not flush well. We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue ...
