“I’ve never stayed in such filthy conditions in my life. The walls and linens looked like literal crime scenes. Even the most basic swipes at cleaning have been ignored for so many years that there would be no reason to complain. Staff was nice but it was very difficult to get a 3rd and 4th towel (despite me checking in 4 people). i had to go to the office twice and beg. “Perfect setting/landscape with beautiful views of mountains. Clean, great staff. Only thing missing in terms of amenities was no microwave in rooms.”

“The room was clean, the shade in the room needed to be replaced, but worked adequately. The noise level in the room is not the best. We were woken up on Saturday night several times by people pounding on doors and slamming up doors. The front desk was friendly. I had a hard time figuring out how to work the thermostat. But there was an extra blanket in the room, which was a nice feature.”

“If you love B&B's this is a great find. It's in downtown hendersonville allowing you to walk to so many shops and restaurants in the area. It is safe. You are right next door to a fire department. We loved the charm of the house. The rooms are well equipped and we loved the variety in the rooms. “We checked in at 10:30 at night and left at 6:30am in the next morning. Check in was easy, room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable as well. ”
