"Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.
Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals.
Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families. "
"Generally great. I would consider staying at this hotel again for my next HK Trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Their free shuttle bus was straightforward and convenient (but would be even better if they could extend the time a little longer until 8:40pm instead of 7:40pm). "
"I had one of the best customer service experience when I stayed here just last month. Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much!
With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away.
