"I was very happy with the entire experience from van pickup at the airport, fast check in, very clean room, nothing was broken or outdated. No resort fee was excellent! $100 security deposit was refunded before we got back to the airport. We did make 1 mistake when they say checkout is Noon and we got back to the room at 12:04 the key cards no longer worked. That was my fault. The staff let us in and we grabbed our bags and checked out. They even had a place to store our stuff until 4pm when transportation picked us up to go back to the airport. This trip was for my son’s 21st birthday and I was so happy that everything went smoothly."

"STAY IN THE MARRA TOWER, IT HAS BEEN RENOVATED. ONLY ISSUE WAS WHEN WE FIRST CHECKED IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MY ROOM AVAILABLE. WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN THE ALEXANDRIA TOWER. MUSTY AND ROOMS THAT DEFINITELY NEED TO REMODELED. ORIGINALLY WANTED TO TWO QUEEN BEDS , GOT A MUSTY ROOM ONE KING BED AND A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE COT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE FIRST NIGHT DIDNT GO WELL. SAHARA HAD THE ROOM I PAID FOR READY THE NEXT MORNING AND WAIVED THE DAILY FEE FOR THE DAY. ONCE WE HAD THE QUEEN BEDS ROOM IN THE MARRA TOWER. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. I LOST AN ITEM WHILE I WAS THERE AND SECURITY FOUND IT FOR ME. VERY HAPPY WITH PROPERTY AND STAFF. CONVENIENCE TO THE MONORAIL WAS A MUST FOR US. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SAHARA. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY COMFORTABLE AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. ZEPPHERS, CHICKIE AND PETES WERE EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, EASY TO WALK AROUND THE SAHARA ESP. FOR SENIORS. COMPLIMENTARY WATER WAS ANOTHER BENEFIT OF STAYING AT THE SAHARA. OVERALL , VERY PLEASANT AND GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEYL"

"The room was awful smelled really bad. I guess you get what you pay for but this was worse than I expected. Just basic things like the shower soap dispensers were empty and of course don’t expect your room cleaned while you stay there."
