โGrounds are beautiful. Almost every room has a fairly open view of the ocean. There are plenty of chairs spread around the grounds for relaxing with a glass of wine. The rooms are tastefully done and have very comfortable beds and linens. The restaurant attached to the property has a somewhat limited menu but everything we got tested great. Hope to come back again someday! โ
โI thought the price was reasonable. But they forgot to mention it doesn't include the restroom.
So I paid around $30 more to get restroom includedโฆ LOLZ
And no TV. in the hotel!!!

โMendo Bungalow was a charming little stop on our road trip. It was cozy and clean. Loved that there was a fan in the room. We felt safe enough to leave the windows open. Very close to downtown area where there is amazing views and charming shops/restaurants. โ
โWe love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything. โWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.โ

โHad to bail on camping because my dog was not a fan so booked this place last minute and now I wish I'd just booked this instead. Gorgeous views, property is beautiful and it's dog friendly so plenty of other dogs here for mine to make friends with. Definitely worth a stay and I will be coming back.โ
โReally impressed- besides one lady who is kinda short in her welcome - not very friendly or talkative - but besides her - the other lady is super nice - and no cooking :( indoor pool and spa/jacuzi area is really neat - my 7 year old loves it! Bed is really cushiony -you sit down you and everything near you sinks in - head area seems like it slants
