“Did not take up the 15£ breakfast option so I do not have an opinion on that. However staff took great care of our luggage as we visited the local sights and customer service was fantastic. ”

The breakfast room is exquisitely decorated with busts of famous peots in which you can eat a sumptuous cooked full english breakfast. The property is wonderfully peaceful and the beds as beautifully soft and comfortable. If you are looking for a modern sparse hotel then this is not it, and you should look elsewhere. If you like a wonderful property with bags of history to it then you are in luck!”

“Staff was amazing! Had a wonderful time with a clean room and thought it was a really neat place. The staircase could be difficult for some, as it's obviously an old one built when treads weren't as deep. Nicely set up room, though small in size. Would definitely stay there again! The only downside for me was lack of a soft pillow though flatter pillows appear to be more standard in the UK.
