“From the seamless online check-in and check-out process, I already had a great first impression. The front desk staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They should take new photo bc room and hotels looks a lot better than the pictures they posted. And we know that's very rare. As a mom traveling with a child who is extremely sensitive to cleanliness, I can say this with confidence: trust me — the room and bathroom were cleaner than many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in Canada....

“It’s basically a motel. Two of the pillows had little stains on them and the beds weren’t very clean. But hey, at least no bugs in our room? The floor was carpeted and you see stains on them. The fridge got stuck on the carpet. The tv doesn't work. The wifi was poor and very slow. Sad to say there was no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was great tho, very nice potatoes and quite a few options.”
