“Property and rooms needs a little bit of refresh, has new manager so hopefully will take this in hand. Young service staff who are trying their best, very polite and helpful. They just need a bit more guidance and organisation. Food excellent and recommend it highly. Enjoyed our stay, lovely and warm hotel.”

“Personeel is super! Ontbijt was goed. Het restaurant is een aanrader.”

“Excellent 2 night stay at this family friendly hotel in October with our two grandkids. Only negative was the pool having to close for a deep clean on one night of our stay so our grandkids missed out on the pool disco, however I am sure this was required for health and safety reasons.”

“A convenient place to get our heads down for the night. Nothing fancy, bedding was clean although public spaces could have been cleaner (stairs in particular). If we were to stay again we’d probably pay more for a better room/location. Our room on the first floor was noisy, from creaky floor boards, people outside the hotel, people underneath in the lounge area, people going up and down the stairs and letting doors slam. You can accept that for a while but not just after 3am when inconsiderate...

“Clean and friendly staff”

“Clean modern room. I liked that there was a small kitchenette included. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the train station/ bus stops. A fantastic stay while in Aviemore.”

“Great location! Staff was great and the only one receptionist they had she was trying to deal with an issue. Very nice and politely she asked everyone waiting to check in to be patient a bit for about 15 minutes. She offered to everyone a complimentary drink. She solved whatever issue it was in less than 15 minutes!”

“The Ben Morh hotel is a beautiful old building with a lot of character.”

“no fuss booking, check-in and stay.”

“The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it.”

“Very modern property.”

“Grand espace pour le séjour et la cuisine. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. C'était propre et le personnel très agréable. Près du centre de Aviemore et de certaines randonnées.”

“Excellent stay. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet room even though there was a named storm with 70mph winds you wouldn't have had a clue until you looked out the window, also never heard any noise from other guests. Would definitely stay again.”
