“Cleaning lady’s left our slider door wide open one day The next day our slider was open and heat up when the cleaning staff aff did not clean Someone was in our room. Staff did nothing!! It was kinda scary. 😨 ”

Might want to pack your own towels, bath towels are small and thin. 4 stars because its the best to be expected for what it is. ”

I asked the front desk to check the CCTV and let me know the results, but I have not heard back. This hotel does not have a safe in the room, so I recommend that you always take your valuables with you.”

“There’s a reason this place is inexpensive. It’s under major Renovations……everywhere. Expect to see dumpsters, piles of trash, fragments of glass in the yard & dirty carpet in the halls. I paid extra to be poolside - what pool? Never refund fed the extra money either. However, once you step into the rooms, they are updated with modern amenities, nice and clean. Beware - they do not care to comprehend the difference between a pet, an emotional support animal and a disability service dog. They...
