"I had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The entire property is very well kept and beautifully maintained, with modern, updated spaces and amazing amenities. Everything was extremely clean, from the common areas to my room, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel.
My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff members were consistently kind, courteous, professional, and accommodating, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options. I also ordered room service and was very impressed by how quickly and efficiently it arrived, as well as the quality and presentation of the food.
The location is perfect, convenient and well situated for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. Between the excellent service, cleanliness, amenities, dining, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Seoul!"
