"This hotel is a well run 5 star hotel, with excellent staff who were all very professional and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and my kids were endlessly entertained looking out at the major intersection and Times Square like ads . It’s conveniently situated by Coex Mall and centrally located in Gangnam. The entrance by car is on the backside of the hotel and is quite tight in terms of space. There is only an option to valet the car and you get only 30 min free, even if you are a guest of the hotel rather than a visitor. The elevators are also inconvenient as you can’t get to the 1st floor without first going to the 24th floor lobby. It is what it is given the tighter real estate in Korea but after having stayed at a more spacious 5 star hotel with better amenities and accommodations, including a kid’s playroom,"
