“Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse .”

“Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. “Reception staff were very helpful but restaurant staff were slow to serve. There were very few customers and after giving us the menu and us waiting half an hour, I had to find a different member of staff to come and take my order. This said the restaurant staff were courteous and friendly.”
