This place is amazing and so convenient to everything…shops, grocery store connected to the building, delicious bakery around the corner, awesome restaurants nearby. "Clean, modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Across the street from the bus station and close to Sannomiya station. Maybe a 15-minute walk from Shin-Kobe station--take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. Dozens upon dozens of places to eat within two minutes walk. "

Hotel is big with a good breakfast, good beds, but typical Japanese small rooms. It is a bit outdated which you notice in the room when you look carefully. Although at first glance everything is ok. Window cannot be opened. Shower is good. "
