"The room was clean, shower was well pressurized (occasionally took a minute to heat up, but soon enough I was preparing for the fires of hell), and the breakfast included eggs and sausage with fresh fruits, cereal and a waffle maker. The cleaning staff was efficient, and the front desk was very helpful. Plenty of storage space. Mattress clean, drawers clean. 3 minute drive to a cute cafe on the way to the mountains- 2/3 triple crown trail heads were 7-10 mins away. Roanoke downtown was about 18 mins away. I don’t travel a lot so I just look for a clean room and basic amenities. "

"Great hotel located on the outskirts of Roanoke. Several restaurants within walking distance and if your a YMCA member, its walkable too. Staff is excellent and no parking issues. Jon, Lily, and I know her name begins with an A made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and were promptly taken care of. Our room was very nice, exactly as expected. The room and entire hotel were impeccably clean. Our room included free breakfast which was very good and was a plus when traveling with 2 teenagers! The hotel was conveniently located off the highway and 2 blocks from downtown Roanoke, which allowed us to enjoy dinner in the happening vibe of Roanoke. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Interesting theme of traditional office bank building; modern conversion into hotel rooms well done. Room clean and comfortable; also quiet. Bath very nice. Did not eat much in lobby restaurant, but what I had was high quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking about a block away in hotel reserved spaces of large parking garage. Minimal parking charge for a downtown location. Elevator not working in garage during my one-night stay. 😟. Noticed this hotel is only a couple blocks from Amtrak station. Was there on a Tuesday night, and learned they were all booked except for one room. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to the Hotel Roanoke! "
