"Staff "

"The two key things for me at any hotel for me are a good bed and a quiet room, and this place delivered on both. I was checked in by the lovely Makoto. All the staff seem genuinely friendly and happy to help in any way they can. The room itself was very nice, with a lovely comfortable bed. Nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. I had dinner in their bar, which did good food, and was pretty reasonably priced for a hotel. I really wanted to try their flagship Five Sails restaurant,. The menu looked stunning, but I was only there for one night. The pool area is pleasant. Both the pool and hot tub were heated to nice temperatures. There’s a good gym. It’s in a great location, making exploring the city easy to do. If you’re coming to/from the airport, you can get the skytrain direct to Waterfront station, which is very close by. A solid choice, and I would happily stay again. "

"Enjoyed our room. It was bit small and walls are thin you hear everything people are doing in the room attached to you. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Wish there was small fridges in room. Underground parkade is small and difficult to park in. "

"Room was very nice, i like the welcome sign with my name on the TV, The bed was amazing so good and soft, everyday after housekeeping the room was clean, organized, bathroom clean, the pool was awesome my daughter had a blast, the breakfast was great variety every day i would say, everything was amazing, when i come back i would definitely stay here again and would recommend friends and family to stay there."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. Check-in and -out was quick, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable (and the bed really great!) The restaurant was really nice for dinner ans breakfast. "
