"many hairs found on the floor and even in pillow covers !!!!!! also, drain in shower booth was clogged so water flooded. No fridges, hair dryer, and water. worst hotel ever experienced. Even check in/out is done by yourself and hotel charges you for luggage storage GBP15 which I never experienced in my life."

"Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful stay! I arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 9 AM. I only expected to drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, they allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful for the flexibility. A special thanks to Mr. Moiez for the incredibly warm welcome; he truly made my arrival special. Throughout my stay, every staff member was professional and kind. All of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The room itself was fantastic, and I especially loved the beautiful park view. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. As for breakfast, the restaurant had a modern and cozy atmosphere. While the menu wasn't extensive, the quality was good and I enjoyed my meals there. After checking out, the staff kindly assisted me with my heavy luggage, which made my departure very smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to London and will highly recommend it to my friends!"

"이 호텔은 빅토리아역에서 도보로 5분이내에 위치하고 있어 매우 편리했다. 호텔도 현대식으로 지어져서 내가 6일간 머무르는데에 편리했다. 다만, 체크인을 할 때 여자 직원의 태도가 매우 불쾌하였으며, 체크아웃을 할 때에도 그 직원이 매우 불친절한 표정으로 대했다. 나는 여러 나라를 여행했고 많은 호텔에 묵었으나, 도로가 보이는 방으로 배정해달라는 고객에게 호텔에서 가장 끝에 있는 방을 배정하는 호텔은 처음이었다. 난 이것이 매우 인종차별적인 행동이라고 느껴졌고, 호텔에 머무는 동안 편안하지 않았다. 나의 호텔 예약가격에는 조식이 포함되어있어 상당히 합리적이라고 생각을 했지만, 난 매일같이 기름기가 제대로 씻겨지지 않은 그릇들 중에서 깨끗한 그릇을 찾느라 고생했다. 그리고 최악의 일은 호텔직원이 하우스 키핑을 하고나서 내 룸 카드를 마음대로 가져갔다는 것이다. 그 일은 마치 나의 집 열쇠를 청소하는 사람이 마음대로 가져가버린 것과 같았다. 나는 매우 기분이 나빴고, 누군가가 나의 방에 마음대로 들어올까봐 불안했다. 나는 리셉션에 항의하였고, 호텔직원은 내게 사과하고 카드키를 초기화해 주었다. 그러나 이런 일은 처음 겪는 일이었고, 다른 이들에게도 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지 않았다.
