“The room was very clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast is always good with a good selection”

“This hotel has very extensive building work and has scaffolding outside the building . The pool changed room where closed and it would have been nice to have a robes. We had a room in the roof . Room was quite cold but very clean . ”

“Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno. ”

“3명 체크인인데 소파베드 청소가 안 되어 있었음. 꽤 친절한 프런트 직원이 직접 시트를 교체해줬지만 여전히 머리카락들이 발견됨. ”

“Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...

“Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again”

“A classy old gal on the beach. New windows that kept noise down. Nice towels and a very nice size too. ”

“It’s a good place to stay nice sea view room enjoyed our stay and the pool is nice The only thing I have to say that I accidentally left my iPhone charger in room and went back it wasn’t there it’s really not good if the cleaners are not honest enough to hand something in”

“A very comfortable stay , room had everything you need. Staff very pleasant . We always stay here when in the area. It is so.lovely . ”

“Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.”
