“NOT RECOMMENDED.dirty,old,worn.Our experience from beginning to end was unbearable. I booked for 6ppl for $1051.63. Our stay was from 2-7th Feb.When I got my itinerary, it said the booking was only for 2ppl. I called abt the error made,to which tanya insisted i pay $500 for my 4 chldrn.I hesitantly agreed to pay the extra,since they wouldn’t refund me back.baring in mind we were here to bury our mother/nana.so we needd somewhr to stay. Fantastic location and they had lots of things for everyone to use for example, ocean shoes, snorkels, kayaks just everything to make the stay that bit better. I would definitely stay here again. “Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay...

“Amazing location, staff were very friendly, came with everything we could have needed and more including free paddle board and kayak hire. Breakfast every morning was fresh and yum. Just a 10/10 spot middle of muri beach couldn’t be happier with our stay at Crystal Blue Lagoon villas”
