"The property would benefit from a higher maintenance. For instance the "new" restaurant is not even finished. This hotel used to be "fresher and neater" . Staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. "

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."
