“We had a great stay at the Majestic Colonial. One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. The beach is fantastic. Plenty of bars and food options. We were in the club section and had a great butler, Bladimil. Cons would be the food was inconsistent and communication was sometimes difficult because of the language.”

There was probably about 15-20% of the tiles missing and I cut my toe on the first day there so bad that it ruined the next 3 days for me. “Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“Shared spaces like the beach and pool were fantastic, and our 2 young kids enjoyed it. Room had some repair issues like a ripped couch and a broken glass table, that caused some safety concerns. Getting a dinner reservation at the nicer restaurants was a major challenge, but luckily we had an assigned consierge that was amazing!! He helped get us reservations when the app said sold out, and also helped arrange a taxi for a snorkel trip an hour off property. Food in general was not great, but...
