“I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. ”

“The hotel has a lot of construction still, the exchange rate was wrong, they charged me more than what expedia said on the site. They didnt have food available for us at 4pm. There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, room had a lot of bugs. The bed was confortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was not fresh neither on time when we requested it. Hotel has a nice view of the montains. Wifi was terrible. ”
