“The hotel room has a very small bathroom with limited space around the sink for basic toiletries. Also, there are insufficient hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and towels. The hotel also does not provide daily housekeeping services.”

“Shower head unclean, tiles loose, poor water pressure. Little non cooked breakfast choices.”

““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””

“We enjoyed our stay very much. It was so conveniently located to everything. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We could occasionally hear people walking in the halls and above you but that was to be expected because of the historic nature of the building. It was charming and pleasant.”

“Excellent hotel”

“The hotel is in a great location! It’s got a clean, modern feel. Parking costs £10 a day. The only issue we had was the shower design. Half of the shower in our room was covered with glass, but with no door, the bathroom floods every time. Feels like it could be fixed with a simple addition of a shower door.”

“Overall good, staff were lovely rooms comfortable and fairly clean, common areas v tired. Breakfast only ok and no Haggis!!!”

“This place is not fancy but it is clean, comfortable, convenient, with plenty of amenities and great location. The real attraction of the place is the staff. Can’t say enough about them!”

“A beautiful place to stay. We would have stayed longer if there was availability!”

“The property is older and really white. No decor, not very homey, but we had a 2 bedroom, that was clean, smelled nice, had a bathtub and as very roomy. Excellent location for Fort William. The desk person was a hoot, so nice. We enjoyed our time there.”

“We were there for 2 days and we thought it was good the building was a bit tiered the room was nice and tidy the view of the bay was great the staff were very nice and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much bother”

“인터넷은 있으나 잘연결이 되지않음. 엘리베이터가 없이 3층까지 가야됨 바닥카팻은 불결해서 지내기 힘듬”

“Nikki and Vicki, both front desk fokks, were very helpful when we had a kurfuffle with our transported luggage. Appreciated their help so much! Anne and Nico”

“We initially received an accessible room, but unfortunately the toilet flush was not working because the handle was broken. The duty manager was very helpful and offered us an alternative room in the building next to the hotel, which turned out to be lovely and very comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel is pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only area that may need some additional attention is general maintenance.”

“Too old everything including room itself, too cold room in October, and too slow wi-fi. Never recommend.”

“The heating and plumbing on the property have some issues but the building itself is absolutely a castle! Dinner was very nice and there were excellent GF options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”
