“Executive Room: No cleaning, bath full of ex guests bathing. Wardrobe right beside tv so couldn’t open properly and when opened full of dust. Dirty sheets and ‘used clear gloves ‘ behind drawers to bathroom. Cobwebs all over the ceiling and a view of the bin area. No money spent on hotel since 2005, unless hidden, why any hotel in its position would do as little as this to improve guest experience is beyond me. Have these silly guest sotting rooms on the first foot ever been used, it isn’t 1940...

““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””

“Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. When we lugged in our bags we were told “oh someone could have helped you with that”. It was...

“인버네스에서 급히 예약을 한다고 어쩔수 없이 했습니다. 가장 작은 1인실이라 그런지 전망이 없는 방이 나왔네요. 특히...직원들은 투숙객이 지나 가도 애써 눈 안마주치려 노력을 합니다...겉으로만 친절한 직원들. ”
