“The staffs were amazing, gave us a little gift on our checkout. They were very attentive, kind, and amazing. It was the best hospitality in Madeira (funchal hotels were horrible in comparison). The room was nice and clean, with amazing (at night a little bit scary) view of the ocean and waves. I highly recommend!”

“The hotel is amazing, its slightly dated however it has excellent facilities, fantastic enormous range at buffet breakfast. 4 pools, sauna steam, jacuzzi ocean views. Resturants, bars, pub. Rooms are really spacious and very comfy beds. Its the kind of place you could just stay at if you dont want to venture out.”

“Beautiful hotel. The pool on the 8th has a sensational view. Beautiful plats, great beds and super modern, clean. Only downside for me was service. No service at all but the pool and almost made to feel like you were being troublesome to order a drink. Bar Staff / waiters on 8th floor were pretty nonchalant to be polite. “Sauberes sehr großes Zimmer mit sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war grandios. Die Lage ist in der ersten Reihe am Atlantik und zentral für Ausflüge nach Funchal oder Umgebung.”

“This hotel would be great if it wasn’t for a couple of things. The pools close early. Sun goes down at 9pm, but all amenities are closed at 6pm. When you are done exploring for the day, the amenities are closed when you want to use them most. The room needs renovation. The pillows were terrible and the bed is stiff as a board. Parking is a nightmare. They advertise that they have parking, but it was sold out all 5 nights. The only other viable option is at the casino. It’s right next door...

“천국같은 마데이라 섬을 더더욱 즐겁게 즐길 수 있게 해주는 곳 이에요 건물은 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되어있고 직원분들이 무척 친절하십니다 위치도 푼샬에서 가장 좋은 곳에 있는 것 같아요 각종 내, 외부 액티비티를 액티비티 오피스에서 예약할 수 있고 수영장 시설도 좋고, 정원이랑 피트니스도 있어서 그냥 이 호텔에서만 지내도 심심하지 않을 것 같았어요 조식도 너무 잘 나오고, 냉장고 속 소프트드링크랑 물은 무료였어요 수영장이 생각보다 너무 일찍 닫는것만 빼면 천국 같은 호텔 입니다~”
