“The staffs were amazing, gave us a little gift on our checkout. They were very attentive, kind, and amazing. It was the best hospitality in Madeira (funchal hotels were horrible in comparison). The room was nice and clean, with amazing (at night a little bit scary) view of the ocean and waves. I highly recommend!”

“We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the large swimming pool is a real plus. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was very convenient. The parking was also easy and convenient, which was especially useful as we had a rental car. “I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel has some amazing views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with my room's a/c upon checking in and they worked to get me moved to a different room quickly. The parking is a bit tight, but manageable. The food at the restaurant was great. The services at the spa are reasonably priced. While it's not necessarily easily to walk into town, you can get a quick Bolt ride into city center.”
