“Everything was great. Awesome experience”

“Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day..”

“I enjoyed staying here, but found out they don’t have laundry facilities on site. They offer to send out laundry on specific days to send out then return on a following day. If you need this service I recommend asking at time of check-in.”

“The staff were very helpful, going above the call of duty.Breakfast was cooked well and according to ones taste. The shower was clean and good. Parking is off road and was easily available.On one occasion we had to park in paid parking just round the corner, which is plentiful. The building is well maintained. Communication was good”

“Everything was fair and good, nothing to complain about, The hotel is situated not far from the Town Centre, 5 minutes walk.The hotel could do with a lift , as my bedroom was on the second floor, and stairs can be dangerous.I would defiantly go back there again.”

“This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site.”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
