"This is an excellent property! The hotel gardens and entrance is impeccable. There was even a live band playing music. The rooms are beautiful. Everything is perfect. 10/10. The blue line is right in front of the hotel and it goes to the Mall of America and Minneapolis. This location is extremely convenient and centrally located. The one caveat is that it does not serve free breakfast. However, you can purchase fruit or a warm breakfast. It also has some deli options available for purchase. I would happily stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend recommended."

"I thought the beds were comfortable and the morning breakfast was quite good and had a number of options. Now about the cleanliness. By all appearances it was clean, however upon getting ready to get into bed on the first night we discovered a pair of dirty socks between the bed and the end table. The desk clerk came and removed them, but you just don't forget something like that so it did tamper the rest of our stay. And this compounded to a previous visit several years back where a used band aid was found under a foot stool. Therefore, this is the reason for my rating of poor for cleanliness. "

"Nice view of marina and easy walk or shuttle to canal park."

"Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "

"Staff is very helpful, nice location right across the street from the Mayo. Very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Recommend using valet for parking. "
