“Close to mall of america and airport.”

“Breakfast is very good. Room was spacious and clean. Gym in the ground floor is bad, elliptical did not, treadmill did not work. I have stayed in this property three times and the treadmill never worked. I reported it in all the instances and I think it was never fixed”

“Honestly a very nice place for the price, very pleased. Two issues though that kept it from getting a 5 star, I was still sleeping when room service tried to come, and left, which is fine, but they never came back, which I found weird. Every other hotel I’ve been to and they usually come back later in the day, and I needed more fresh towels. The other issue was the pillows, they were cheaper, made of what I think was feather pillows, very thin, not much padding, if they had been high quality...

“It was a nice sized room. There was no air conditioning in the room. We slept with the windows open. We did receive free parking. There were no bars of soap in the room for hand washing. It was an inconvenience.”

“Parts of the hotel have been renovated but several areas have a very shabby appearance with tiles missing from the floor and broken doors. Our first room was in a section that did not appear to be renovated and nothing worked - no phone, no WiF. We moved the bed to find a plug-in and discovered filth and debris. We were given another room, vacated by one of the managerial staff who removed most of his belongings and were told there were clean sheets on the bed. However, there were no sheets...
