“The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked.”

“I can’t believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here. ”

“Spacious, clean, modern and quiet rooms. Parking available (though you have to pay £5 for 24 hours). Very close to the city Center, just a £6 Uber ride away. Breakfast is very good!”
