“Pool was ice cold and staff was rude”

“Spaciousness and view the best things. Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.”

“The king room was wonderful!!! The jetted tub is a must,when you work as hard as I do!!! Barbara from front desk was a Gem, easy check in!!! For its location in Spring Lake, nc it was quiet and relaxing!!! My retreat was much needed and Spring Lake Hotel proved it!!! This will definitely be a place that i will return!!!”

“Had a very nice stay. The rooms were very nice. We had a beach view balcony room. The elevator and hallwayd could have been a little cleaner, and I found it hard to believe with the price of the rooms that they want to charge you for using a chair on the beach!!! Not cool!!! Other than that, everything was pretty good. ”

“We stayed there on the way through NC on a BBQ tour of the state. This was a typical Embassy Suites that had two rooms and was well-appointed. We didn't interact with many staff members, but everyone seemed friendly and it was easy to get in and out of there.”
