“The overall property was clean. The customer service was horrendous. No one answered the phones, or it went straight to voicemail. We were five people in one room, and did not have enough towels. We requested extra towels on multiple occasions to no avail. The sofa bed had no sheets in the room. Had to go to check-in in the middle of the night after arriving late from a flight to request sheets. The phone, the TV, and the safe in the room were not functional. “I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“Excelente”

“This is our favorite spot to stay at every time we visit the island. Everyone is always helpful. Well maintained the only thing is the bar wasn’t open. Would be nice to stay in and have some drinks and food by the pool. The bar is owned by someone else so the hotel does not control it. The beach is close and there are a couple spots close by to eat and watch the sunset.”

“I spent a pretty penny on my stay here, for them to not have a microwave in my suite and when asked the charge amount was $37 to use once. Also, I used a bottle of water which they charged me $40.”
