“This was a beautiful place. The staff cooked breakfast daily and even made a special effort to serve me Mofongo and it is not on the menu. It was so quiet and at night we heard the coqui sing. “Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds....

“Hotel was very nice, had everything on site, restaurants, cafe, casino, bars, pools, and the beach front. AC was amazing and the rooms were clean perfect sized. Location was great, had convenient stores nearby and all types of restaurants/food all around and even a church that was walking distance. Close to old San Juan and airport. Uber was inexpensive so greatly recommended. Staff and in general, Puerto Rican people were very hospitable and humble.”
