“I was traveling to Puerto Rico on August 29 to September 3. However, Tropical wave Dolly was on the way to Puerto Rico. I tried to cancel the hotel with Expedia for a waiver or a credit and they rejected it. They have to be more considerate about the weather. We can make plans ahead of time and weather can shift so quickly. I was so bummed about the tropical depression that I had to cancel.
