“Well kept and welcoming environment, staffs where very professional”

“My partner and I regularly choose to stay here for the great breakfast, nifty little gym and lovely rooms. The staff are lovely and it is always a lovely rest.”

“Das Royal Wells ist ein hübsches Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude wobei der Restaurantbereich sehr neu und modern ist. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen in Kent perfekt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war (zu unserem Termin) wirklich ausgezeichnet. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals in allen Bereichen des Hotels! Das Hotel hat einen sehr gemütlichen Barbereich und ein hübsches Restaurant .... und ... für warme Tage auch eine sehr nette Terrasse im hinteren Bereich zum Draußen...

“This is not a 4 star hotel! There is no air conditioning. It is dormitory style accommodations. It’s also not conveniently located- make sure you have a rental car, nothing is really walking distance to here. We were also misinformed about the breakfast- the time changes based on the weekend and events held the day before. I regret booking this for our stay.”

“We just stayed the one night passing through and this was a very nice hotel. We booked in for Sunday Lunch and this was on of the best I have ever had in my life. The staff were very nice and high class, as was the venue. We only stayed one night but would like to stay longer next time.”

“The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. It is a very old hotel located in an excellent area. The car park is only a two minute walk from the hotel and easy to find (I phoned prior to my arrival and was given excellent directions by a friendly member of staff). The hotel is definitely in need of a refurbishment but this did not detract from my stay. I would certainly stay again.”
