“We had a great time staying at Amaranta, very friendly and smily staff always trying to make us feel welcomed and ready to help. Facilities are always clean, rooms are large and very clean, very comfortable bed, the only thing I would say it wasnt that great is the AC going from 0 to hero but it works! The food at the restaurant was really good. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxed staying.”

“Friendly staff, attentive to room service needs. Shakila at breakfast was very good. She went out of the way to service us. There were 2 male receptionist staff also were great! Forgot their names. Expedia had listed standard room as ocean view, but the property didn’t acknowledge as ocean view for standard room. We got the room we wanted after explaining it, they were accommodating. Will go back again. ”

"The concierge and the person she called their manager were very very very impolite. They should learn customer care and hospitality management skills more deeply. Not attending to customer's issue, hut instead, trying to pass the bucket towards the customer's side. The first ignorant concierge I have ever seen in a what they call a 5 star hotel. In my honest guess, the WHOLE front office, concierge mainly, should be changed. They are the face of the hotel, but if they are sooo bold headed and ignorant, without a greeting, without a smile, without a welcome, why keep them at the front line? Cinnamon HR SHOULD, I mean they SHOULD, change their concierge personnel, MAINLY THE PERSON CALLED THE MANAGER."
