“Master shower bath was broken. And looks like previously the door absorbed the water and swelled couldn’t open the door without it doing more damage. Batteries in a few of the remotes were missing. Either than that fantastic setup we enjoyed the space.”

“Location is very convinient if you use bernaqua. But poor english level for receptionists. If you are not german speaker don't expecting the information in details. Answer rudely even if they didn't understand my question at the front desk. There is No professionnalisme ! Check well your credit card bill after check out ! They took some cost from my credit card, which i didn't use, without asking or checking further. No word of sorry or try to solve quickly because 'it's very busy season...
