“The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late...

“After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. “Great”
