“My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling.”

“I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. “AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The 10 of 10 reviews on Expedia have to be fake!!!!! This hotel at one time might have deserved a decent rating but those days are not the current situation. The hotel corridors smell of animal feces and there is also a strong smell of mold. Vagrants were congregated on the front (no longer functioning) hotel entrance and around the building.
