“There was no staff. Communication was via text. The property was not well located. Property was very nice. When I texted about the location of the lobby (we came in through the garage) there was miscommunication. They should know the property better to answer questions.”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”
