“전반적으로 만족하였으나 개선 사항이 있습니다. 첫 번째, 수건을 재 사용하고 새것으로 갈아 주지를 않습니다 바닥에 두고 발을 닦은 수건을 방 히터에 올려 두고 말리고 재사용하라고 합니다. 두 번째, 와이파이가 불안정하고 너무 느립니다. 세 번째, 밤 11시가 되면 호텔에 직원이 아무도 없고 모든 문을 잠구어 버려서 완전히 갇히게 됩니다. 작은 호텔이라 이해는 되지만 아무도 없으니까 불안하기도 했습니다.”

“There was no lift and although staff helped me with my case,I still had to climb up and down to the 2nd floor. I had asked for a lower room because I have severe heart failure, despite having booked in January, there were many people, far fitter than me on the 1st floor. My room was clean but the curtain was not hanging properly. Many of the carpets need a clean, so did the big window on the stairs which was filthy with cobwebs, The garden needed tidying up, there were cigarette butts...

“Friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival and also the next day. My single room was clean as was bed linen and towels. Room not large but more than adequate for an overnight stay. No dinner served in the hotel but they are happy to recommend local eateries of which there are many. The hotel does have a bar which was open for 4 hours in the evening. Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and cooked. They cook your eggs to your preference eg poached, fried...

“It was a quaint hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. We really appreciated Simon, the bartender, Victoria the manager, Katelyn and Angie as well. There were others I didn’t catch their names. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the restaurant. The location was perfect to be able to walk to City Centre. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding countryside.”

“Unsatisfactory. No kettle in the room—I had to ask twice. Restaurant service was slow and inattentive. The steak pie had very little gravy, and the same staff member was on her phone at the service counter, so I couldn’t request more. No offer of dessert. The bedroom door emits a mini alarm when opened, which is irritating late at night. The walls are thin, with corridor doors slamming and disrupting sleep. “This was lovely in many ways. My room was spotless and spacious, Breakfast was hot and plentiful with a reasonable choice. The new season has maybe not kicked in as some of the outside areas could do with a little tidy up. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is worth noting that there are few public transport links to the local towns and seemingly none before 9.30 am or after about 7 pm.,”
