โThe property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!โ
โWe have just returned from stopping here and I'll have to say we've had a wonderul stay. The room is very well kept very clean it is absolutely beautiful. The host's are so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. We had a delicious breakfast included in the price.
The location is ideal for exploring salisbury and the beautiful cathedral and only a short drive away is Stonehenge. We would definitely recommend a room in the garden as a pefect place to stay.

โVery modern, clean and spacious room above a quirky parlour bar. Parking available at the station which is more or less next door. 10 mins walk to the city centre. โ
โI made a last minute booking and didn't arrive until midnight. My room was absolutely lovely. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic. I really cant recommend highly enough. โ

โThe George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. I want to mention a few things that did not bother us but may matter to other potential guests:

โCannot recommend this place highly enough! Wish we had stayed longer. It's the perfect picturesque English countryside inn and pub. The food, atmosphere, and staff were all perfect. They even have delicious vegan breakfast!โ

โHistoric property in the centre of Marlborough. Very convenient for the town and a good base to explore the local area.
Food was good and staff helpful although they were busy. Room was well equipped and only thought was that it was looking a bit tired decor wise. Very comfy bed so no complaints. Would definitely stay again.โ
