“What did you like or what was unique about the property?
The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit.
What didn’t you like?
The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. “Good value for money and clean room. Nice view from window. However there is not really a hotel atmosphere in terms of a front desk who you can talk to. If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers”
