“Lovely staff - very helpful. Good breakfast.”

“Lovely spacious flat in smart new development. Great kitchen, and decent bathrooms. Quiet and conveniently located for town centre and Edgbaston (which is why we were there). The area itself is a bit run-down and scruffy but Ubers easily available and took us everywhere cheaply enough. Very good value for what we got. Beds and bedding new but basic. But overall, great.”

“Disgusting Apartments in City Center I stayed at “Pleasant Apartment in City Center” with the person I care for. The check-in email never arrived, so we had to call management for the access code. A later message asking about parking was ignored. The property is a repurposed office building in a semi-industrial area, with difficult street parking. There was no private shower or toilet, only two communal bathrooms shared between six rooms. There was also no kettle, cups or towels. The communal...

“Clean, comfortable, well-equipped modern apartment with handy on street parking. In Digbeth and close to city centre. Smooth check in process and great communication from host!”

“Overall the experience was just okay. breakfast was busy again adequate, lots of better options at this price point, parking was discounted down to £15 for 24 hours which was good.”

“Really lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful and nice!”

“Hotel looks beautiful on entrance, modern and welcoming. The rooms are clean and very spacious with comfortable beds but the showers need attention - no pressure at all - I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair and the temperature kept going up and down often burning us. Conveniently located near to bars, restaurants and for visiting events at the arena. The parking is limited and expensive. Reception weren't overly friendly and we queued for some time to check in. Generally recommend for...
