"The property was nice and has a lot of things to do. The only reason why I would say my stay wasn’t great was due to the fact we were thrown into a sales pitch we didn’t want. When we checked in, the “tour” was not optional, they asked when we wanted to book it. Then they took the no show fee from my card before the “tour” was even scheduled. Come to find out, it’s a timeshare presentation and they are very pushy and clearly the timeshare staff and front desk staff are not on the same page. The timeshare staff were pleasant at first, then once they knew we had no interest in a timeshare even from the beginning. They were incredibly rude. My fiancé and I went to have a nice birthday vacation, and it ended sour. But the property was nice."
