"Our stay at Dreams Onyx exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire resort. Our room, the pools, the restaurants, and every area of the property were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Francisco, who went above and beyond to make our vacation even more special. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His excellent service and attention to detail truly made a difference. We had an amazing experience at Dreams Onyx and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, excellent service, and a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!"

"Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel en especial a Starling por toda la ayuda. El servicio de limpieza es muy bueno. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%. Mi único inconveniente fue con un equipo que intenta venderte como un tipo de time share. Se ven MUY POCO PROFESIONAL y te vigilan en cuanto haces el check in y te ofrecen ayuda para que te sientas en compromiso de ir a la charla. Una vez allí te están presionando constantemente."

"Best Vacation Ever!! We must have said this 20 times during our stay. It was our 38th Anniversary and we stayed in an Exclusive Club Suite with a Private Pool. Upon our arrival around 2:30 pm we were greeted with a glass of champagne and walked to check in. Check in was easy and because we were celebrating our anniversary (yes, we brought a copy of our marriage certificate- which is a must) we were offered a champagne breakfast in our room, a couples massage and a romantic dinner on the beach. Which all 3 were absolutely amazing!!! The staff went above and beyond and were always smiling and helpful in every way. We always started our day with my husband bringing coffee, fruit and danish from the coffee shop back to our room, then tennis fast feed at 9am followed by a swim in our pool. Our afternoons were relaxing by our pool having pina coladas, reading and heading out to lunch when we got hungry. Late afternoon, we swam & sipped champagne while we dressed for dinner. No reservations needed for dinner was a big plus and we never had an issue getting into any restaurant. We often stay at adult only resorts..especially the ones that cater to Couples in Jamaica. I can say without hesitation, Excelllence Carmen Punta Cana was by far our favorite. We absolutely loved everything and everyday that we were there!! They actually anticipated our needs before we even had to ask which was amazing. Honestly.. BEST VACATION EVER!!! and we can’t wait to come back!!"

"¡Excelente servicio de nuestro Mayordomo VIP en Occidental Caribe – realmente superó todas nuestras expectativas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana en Occidental Caribe fue una experiencia verdaderamente especial, y nuestro Mayordomo VIP, Dionisio Díaz, hizo que fuera inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, Dionisio nos trató con una calidez y atención genuinas. Se fijó en cada detalle, se anticipó a nuestras necesidades y fue más allá de lo esperado para hacer que mi hermana se sintiera muy especial en su cumpleaños. Sus gestos considerados, su amabilidad y su atención personalizada hicieron que su cumpleaños fuera aún más significativo y nos permitieron crear hermosos recuerdos que nuestra familia siempre atesorará.
