Checkin they did nothing. Did explain anything about the resort, didn’t even hook up our WiFi correctly which ended up costing me $50 for one day of WiFi. Getting to our room we initially were content , big 2 room suite. Found the toilet was clogged- took them two days to u clog, which only worked for us because there was a second bath. I read that this side was only 2yrs old but looked very worn as if older. They didn’t change our sheets once even when requested.
All of the food was completely unacceptable and disgusting. I was pregnant so my husband didn’t even feel it was safe for me to eat& that’s not an exaggeration. We getting drinks, I had bartenders 7 times try to put alcohol in my drink even when telling them no& that I was pregnant. Couple bartenders laughed at me for not drinking. Trying to get towels was a daily argument. They wanted our room key, which our keys were bracelets/1day a maid stood at role shack and talked poorly about us, in front of us to the man working the towel shack. Music at the pool was so loud that I literally could not hear my husband yelling to talk to me next to me. One night the room below us we heard screaming and a man was beating his wife in their room. Hotel staff looked on didn’t throw him out.We left and went to diff resort"
