"The resort is excellent in every aspect. Close to the beach, clean, spacious with amazing staff. They even have room humidifiers that makes a big difference! Entertainment for everyone and all day long. Thank you Ocean Blue, I stay there all the time and every time it’s better than the time before."

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"We stayed at Sunscape Punta Cana for five nights and overall had a good vacation with both positive and negative experiences. Check-in was quick, and the staff promptly delivered our luggage to our room. Unfortunately, the room had a strong musty smell. Since I have bronchitis, it made my first night uncomfortable. I requested a room change, but none were available. Keeping the balcony door open during the day helped reduce the smell. The food was very good. As a Muslim, I only eat halal food, so I enjoyed the seafood, fish, vegetables, fruits, and desserts, although there were no halal meat options. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always helpful. We spent most of our time at the clean and relaxing pool. There were many mosquitoes, especially at night, so I recommend bringing mosquito repellent. The beach was a little dirty because of the weather, which is understandable. However, many independent vendors repeatedly approached guests to sell items, making it difficult to relax. One photographer took our picture and then asked us to pay $30, even though we had not requested the service. These vendors are not hotel employees, and this should not reflect on the excellent hotel staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the amazing staff, good food, and relaxing atmosphere. With improvements to room maintenance, mosquito control, and beach vendor management, this resort would offer an even better guest experience."

"We had a great stay! This is a very relaxed, laid-back resort that’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind. If you want more excitement, I’d recommend booking a few excursions while you’re there and then coming back to enjoy the resort’s great food and drinks. The swim-up suite was definitely worth it and made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Karina, Anthony, Francesca, and Mike they were all amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made our trip even more enjoyable!"
