Raul the butler was amazing. He helped me book restaurants, spa appointments, ride to the airport, and was very responsive and very kind. The food was great. My favorite restaurant was the Argentinian steakhouse. FYI if you book through Expedia, the sales team will give you a 2-3 hour presentation about the resort’s membership.

The resort is a 10/10 overall. The breakfast and lunch buffet are a 5/10 to me because the food was NOT hot unless you got a fresh omelet or fresh pasta station.

We reserved a studio that would have been a four floor walk up. My new husband would have had great difficulty due to emphysema. Jose, in the office, was terrific finding us a 1 bedroom ground floor. Obvious security thru-out the night gave me a safe feeling.

The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event.The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time.
